I like the people! I do wish There is a better way to get maintenance call, took about three months for something I thought was simple.. But they always do great work when they show up! And everyone’s so nice

Great living area .
Great layouts , nice areas for kids to play outside .
A few pools and grills !!!
Patios are amazing, screened seen and have a lot of space a storage .

Few schools near and food places .
As well as Walmart and rouse near here and not too far from the avenues

I love it here my dog loves it here. Been here for a bit now almost a year and it is going good. Though sometime door deliveries with food gets mixed up for other places
