Maintenance is so fast, the management is clear and concise in their communication and it’s right across from an awesome park—which is perfect for me! I’m going on two years here now! :):)

I love it here!! Been here 4 years nows not one problem and neighbors are great!! Maintenance are very dependable!! I plan on staying a few more years as well. The environment is so friendly and peaceful and the park across the street is so beautiful. A library down the street an gym as well is so convenient. I appreciate the college being near as well. Several major grocery stores in our locations. So being in these wonderful apartments benefited me in so many ways I couldn't imagine being... anywhere else. So I'm grateful and thankful to be here. The grounds are kept clean and the pond scenery is beautiful. The staff are pleasant, professional and helpful (especially Marie). Any issue with apartment has been addressed swiftly by friendly maintenance staff. The location is nice with a trail and dock on the St. John’s River is right around the corner.
