Horrible
I lived on this property for about 4 years. This was suppose to be home but instead it turned into a nightmare i was experiencing constant water leaks back to back. I kept pleading the office to come fix my leaks but all they did was do was send maintenance to do temporary fixes. During the whole time we lived here we had our kitchen flood due to the second floor neighbors plumbing. Where the sent out a handy man to replace the wall, when he removed the wall it was cover in black mold and a... very foul smell came thru the open space. The handyman just place a new wall and no mold kill was done at that time i sent the office and email(which they never replied.) Explaining that my apartment had a bad smell and my children were getting sick. this continued . They did not want to work with me when i told them my children were going to specialist for pulmonary specialist because they could not breath and were getting too sick. the wrongfully evicted me. I now have a three year old that can not even play because he has been permanently effected by this apartment negligence. I will not recommend this apartments to no one not even remodeled. I saw what is within those walls . And there is a lot more i can say but not enough characters to fit it in. I emails and photos of everything. This apartment has permanently scarred me in my health, my children. This place is the worst place i have every lived in.
