DONT BE DESPERATE
This apartment complex is an “luxury” joke. The only thing appealing is the appliances in the kitchen. Wash/dryer is a joke along with the cheap flooring they’re installing. Those prices DO NOT match the community as there aren’t any amenities. They took away garbage disposal and fan

I’ve been here for 7 months. Can’t ever get into contact with a manager or employee. Let alone they are perfectly okay with leaving you with a non working ac unit for over a month in 80+ temps.

Nice floor plan CRAP service
I have been here for a little over 5 months. This place has beautiful floor plans but maintenance and office staff really lack when it comes to resolving issues. My unit does not have any blinds for back door I’ve been waiting on it for months. No one ever came and fixed it. Every morning from 8am-2pm people are cutting grass.My biggest thing was having peace since I work from home. Nope. They cut the grass so close to the unit you can smell the exhaust through the door even with everything shut... . They REPEATEDLY misinform their renters. Five months going on 6 months and NONE of the offered amenities for the complex are open. The app they keep trying to migrate customers to does not work and gives issues. Property manager disabled payments and then had the NERVE to charge a 50.00 return fee after I went to leasing office in real time and showed them there was issue with app and paid with money order instead. NEVER been late with a payment ever & I always pay extra. Staff acts terrified of people when you come in and god forbid you need to call in for help with services or units NO ONE RESPONDS BACK. No one calls, no one responds to emails. It’s ridiculous. The last straw for me has been the CHAINS on pool after they were telling people who came in the office pool would be open towards the end of March. NOPE! Nothing. Even the property managers will tell you one thing and do the exact opposite and make it seem like you aren’t knowledgeable or have common sense to know what they said to you. It’s actually insulting to live here. Even my second bathroom. I have no Kids, literally me and my fiancé and our dog. Since moving in the drain was draining water VERY slow. Turns out it was because HUMAN HAIR and TOYS were in the drain and the drained was painted over with WHITE PAINT. Love the floor plan but not sure if I even want to stay here anymore. It’s the lack of accountability and screwing up. Oh and there’s one lady everytime you come in she’s shooing people out the office. It’s literally like 6 people in there and only one is ACTUALLY WORKING. They make changes to which office to report to and send no notification out but customers are repeatedly meet with HORRID attitudes from office staff who don’t say anything just shake their head and shoo you away with their hand through the glass.

DO NOT BELIEVE PHOTOS
I currently live here, been here for 9 months and I can guarantee you that this apartment looks NOTHING like the pictures. At all. You can see in one of the photos that the pictures of the apartments are for a different apartment complex. It’s in the photo with the TV. The reflection of the actual apartment complex’s name is there, and this is a complete lie. I don’t intend to renew my lease, I have mold growing above my door that they have not fixed. When I moved in my kitchen cabinets were... stuck shut with paint, and it’s not even good paint. One coffee stain and it’s stained forever.
They’re raising the rent and it’s not worth it. Please do not believe the photos, it is not as nice as it seems.
