I have been a resident at River House for 10 months and I am very happy with my experience living here. River House security is good, the amenities are nice, and the staff is professional. Now that the new landscaping is complete, the views are spectacular!

We love living at River House. The location, amenities, and quality of the units are excellent but what makes this place great is the team that takes care of our community. Both the office and building operations staff are wonderful, helpful, and genuinely friendly. It has been our favorite place to call home in Jacksonville.

I have lived at River House for eight months, and I am very happy with my choice to live here. The maintenance team at River House has always responded promptly and resolved issues quickly. The online resident portal is an easy, convenient way to report maintenance issues. Mike is excellent at communicating the problem and the solution clearly, in person or by phone. I appreciate his timeliness and professionalism. Thank you.

River House is a surprisingly calm and peaceful residential community, despite the young age of most residents and the numerous pets that occupy the space; and, it is so conveniently located to everything one needs from entertainment venues, groceries, healthcare, Interstate access, et al.
