Do not move here if you don’t like bugs because the inside of the apartment isn’t lInsulate properly. The maintenance people literally painted my tub instead of replacing it and then won’t come to fix the tub or do a follow up. Also it’s really dark in the playground it’s very little in the tennis court is is chipped up. I just thought I should let someone know before moving here if you are looking for an affordable apartments without the amenities or luxury or even insulation in the apartment... the. This is for you.

DO not even consider
Car break ins, trash everywhere. not worth your money. Very big pot holes. Flooding when it rains. You will regret it for sure. Do your research. Do Not let the price make you make a decision you will regret

out dated appliances, trash, kids everywhere, they hits your car!noise! loud neighbors, no pool!!! bugs! waiting for my lease to be up!!!

Simply Amazing!!! Gerald the property manager is very professional and is willing to go above and beyond to help you out in any way. The rent is affordable and the community is clean and quiet. great choice!!
