I apologize if the text message was unclear. The message did not state that the property was sold, but that it is scheduled to be sold. It also directed you to the email with further details, as text messages are limited in length. The email... mentioned that the new management will provi de details regarding the new portal, as we do not have that information at this time. We follow the protocols and instructions given to us during these transitions, and our priority was to notify residents as soon as possible. Pretty decent apartment, nice location. Amenities are nice as well and staff is very helpful. Tent is not too bad here. We’ve been here for two months now and we love it.

Horrible smell coming out of the sink. It was Sulphur in the water. We were told to flush the water tank and that should resolve the problem, but it still is producing that horrible smell. I understand there are multiple residents who are experiencing the same issue. I feel that the Leasing office should have disclosed this problem prior to us signing the rental agreement. Let us make that decision if we wanted to live with that SMELL or not. The stairs are extremely dirty. I am ashamed to... have anyone visit. I requested for someone to clean the stairs and it took about 3 weeks to respond and then they did a horrible job at what you would call pressure washing. We are paying luxury prices to live here and I feel that they can do a better job at making the property into what they boast about it on their website. "When it comes to luxury living in Jacksonville, The Point at Tamaya offers its residents an unmatched life style." Be accountable, and stand by what you say!!!
