This place is sick
Have lived here a couple months now and love it. Maintenance crushes it, have showed up the same day I have submitted tickets both times I've needed something. Amenities are great. Location is great. Staff is great. Coffee in the lobby is great.
Only area I would suggest for improvement is guest parking, really hard to have guests if they cant get a spot on the street. Would be cool to contract with the bank building to the right to see about getting some guest passes over there.
