no amenities for almost a year and no end in sight.
this place can receive all the good reviews in the world and it still wouldn’t justify signing a lease here right now. from my understanding, they began renovations last july, and it’s now june 2023 with no end in sight. when we signed on, we were told we would have everything in january. my partner and i have had no amenities for our entire time here, and there has been little to no communication regarding the constant delays. i don’t doubt the amenities will be nice when they’re available, but... who knows when that will be. if you know what’s good for you, DONT sign a lease here until the amenities are OPEN (could be months could be years who knows). but i HATE this place nothing can make up for this BS

Location is great but by far not worth the money. It’s supposed to a smoke free community however many instances of smoking and the smell of smoke (marijuana)taking place which is a health concern for me. I won’t be renewing.

Timicuan Lakeside has been excellent for the three months I have been living here. I was impressed by the responsiveness of the maintenance team when their service was needed.
