Do not live here!

Broken amenities gym equipment lights, secured doors not working
Dog poop and urine all over property hallways elevators and parking
Unauthorized parking
Leasing charging residents but permitting 3rd party organizations to park in residents parking so leasing can receive kickbacks
Gym being used for personal training sessions to NON Residents
Pool and Game room amenities always occupied by NON residents
Trash, Noise and Parking policies NOT ENFORCED
COCKROACHES, ANTS and FLEAS IN HALLWAYS AND...

Poor Management And Administration

No recomiendo vivir aqui, es lamentable porque el edificio es hermoso y las areas comunes, pero la administración es terrible, y hay vecinos peligrosos, esta ubicado en una zona riesgosa, y el edificio no tiene ninguna medidas de seguridad, tiene libre acceso a cualquier persona, tuve un incidente con mi vehículo en el parking donde se supone que hay cámaras grabando y me han hecho venir a la policía en dos oportunidades y envian grabaciones "equivocadas" haciendo perder el tiempo, me siento... INSEGURA viviendo acá y ellos no se preocupan por eso.

Beautiful apartment but loud location and terrible customer service

The apartment itself is quite stunning and the pools are very luxurious. However, the cars on Osceola Parkway are very loud at night. You will feel like you are on the side of a race track. Much worse to me was the poor management and customer service. Of course, some of the front staff were very friendly, but the management does not treat you well. I had two very negative experiences. The first one was getting my car towed from my home. The reason for this was when I moved in, they provided me... with parking stickers. However, they were in a white unmarked envelope and the stickers looked completely white because the parking sticker side was not visible (facedown). I had no idea that I had them or that parking stickers were required. I specifically asked about parking and was told simply that it was first come, first serve and I should not park in a reserved spot. I did this for many months and then one day found that my car was towed. I had a warning the day before but I did not use my car that day and did not receive the warning prior to towing. There was an information sheet provided about parking and it said nothing about the sticker. The lease stated: "If you have a parking sticker, it must be visible." I complained that I was never informed that I had a sticker and I spoke to many other residents who also had no idea they had one either. The management said they would consider a rent credit to cover the cost of towing, but they never got back to me even though I followed up multiple times.
The second time I had a negative experience was prior to my moving out. I had moved out and left behind cleaning products and two vacuum cleaners to do a final cleaning the next day. I also left a cooler to bring remaining items that I had left in the fridge. When I returned to clean the cooler and the vacuum cleaners were gone. I contacted management and asked if they had removed my things thinking that I had already moved out and the customer service rep said that if this was the case, they would have thrown out my items. He acted like this was not a problem. He did not do anything further. Another rep called and she was able to confirm that they entered my apartment without permission and removed my items because they thought I had moved out. They were able to recover my two vacuums but I never received my cooler or a vacuum charger back and they did not offer any apologies or compensation for their mistake.
