The apartment walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors walking around and using the bathroom, there is always loud music at all hours of the day and night and loiterers being loud in the hallways and parking lot. The common areas such as gym and hallways are left messy and residents park in handicap parking spots without the proper permits. Management and maintenance are fine but there is not much they can do or have done about the noise and other issues noted in my review. For my first apartment I enjoy this place it’s nice and cozy, I love that it’s close to Disney, the grocery store and shopping center down the street

I love the property it’s look a good shape, the gym and pool are super spacious, the property manager service and her way of communication are very personalised and you really get the feeling that she loves what her is doing. I would definitely recommend her services for the future home.
