Love this place! Very quiet and I love that they steam the carpets in the hallways. The only thing is the towing is very strict but it keeps the community safe ??

De verdad que agradezco profundamente el respeto, la ayuda y respuesta clara a cualquier situación en Monterosso Apartaments, sin un gran equipo, responsables y tan amables! Dios los bendiga, con personas así es una bendición tenerlas; Gracias Javi una gran líder, Wandy, Enrique y Eli.. tanto en administración como en mantenimiento de las instalaciones e inmediatez en solventar asuntos de reparaciones en las unidades!
10000% RECOMENDADOS .. sin duda un gran alivio tenerlos.

They have the worst staff the regional manager it’s the worst person I never see in my life she mostly call me lying because I have big problem with my unit I recommend you don’t move here you can go to the others complex literally with the same price and finished and with really good human staff, I can only said something good about the maintenance guy I think name is Josè him doing excellent job because it’s the only person see around the floors cleaning and doing he work and the new manager... Paola or Paula I don’t sure she is good person but she can’t move with out permissions of the regional !!!! I’m the first person move to here and the first person want to move out !!!
