they play games with getting your deposit back even though they have stated there is no reason to not expect the deposit back and that it would be returned to us. now they won’t answer or return my calls so i have to contact their management.
would love to give a review of the property but the way they do business is completely off putting. Find someplace else to live!!

I am In Love Courtney Park Zach Made the move in process so easy For us And the apartment it’s self Is nothing short of amazing I love everything about the community from the gated community to the neighbors to even the assigned parking I will and continue Refer Friends and family to Courtney Park!!! I have been a resident at Courtney park for over 2 years now. The grounds are kept up very nice. The pool and courtyard are a nice addition.
Courtney Park has a great new management team (un like the previous)

New management has really turned this place around they are very friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds well kept and the pool is crystal clear. I would highly recommend!

Had a great experience touring an apartment. Zach was very professional and personable. The community is very well kept. The pool is the nicest I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend coming by to take a look!
