The maintenance team here is great! Anytime I put in a maintenance request, they usually answer within 24 hours, most of the time same day and they always go above and beyond! I live closest to the forest so often get bugs and debris in my stairwell and balcony (which understandably comes with the amazing scenery) but they always come and clean/power wash it and it looks brand new. Very grateful as I’ve lived in previous apartments that completely neglect and ignore maintenance requests and make... you feel like a bother by submitting the request. My wife and I have been living here for 2 months, and we love it. Our apartment is great, facing some beautiful woods. The amenities and activities are tremendous fun. I use the swimming pool regularly, and my wife loves using the fitness center. The game room is awesome, as well as the other various amenities in the clubhouse. The Starbucks coffee machine is extremely popular!!! The management team and staff members are all cheerful and friendly, always responsive to our needs. The walls in this apartment complex are paper thin you will hear noises from your neighbors next to you below you and above you. You do not get a fan or a light in the second or third bedroom if you have more than one bedroom. as far as I know maintenance is not 24 hours when it was 82° in my house and I called the hotline they still will not reach back out to you until 10 o’clock in the morning, the parking situation is a nightmare. The spots are almost all compact so multiple cars are double... parking taking up way too many spaces, causing residents to have to park further than they would like to from there unit. the amenities are mostly business hours other than the gym steam room sauna So if you work nights and you would like a coffee before you go into work, you’re not getting one unless you’re in the leasing office before 5 PM. amenities can be down quite often due to other residents miss using them or the poor build quality, causing them to fail prematurely. as the other reviewers have said, they do micromanage here and are very strict about what can be on your balcony.
