I have lived here for awhile now. There has been several problems so for one there are roaches everywhere (trash area, laundry room, elevators, and apartments). They have a pest control company but whatever they use doesn't work. I even called Terminex and the issue was resolved in my unit after one treatment. However, when I denied access to the terminator they provided the owner threatened to evict me so I was forced to use them and the roaches came back. The elevator breaks down so much and... normally on the weekends. They have huge sliding patio doors however some units have blinds and some don't, if you want them they have to be custom made at a lil over $200. Then the rent use to come with cable which was what the higher rent cost was for and now no longer offered after Sept. 1st 2017. Next the major issue is the washer machines they are always broken. Either it fills with water but doesn't wash, the timer runs down, it doesn't spin dry etc. One of the dryers steam dries but clothes are still wet. The owner had the audacity to send a letter stating that it cost him $500 to have them fixed and for residents not to wash any comforters or rugs. Like really in this big complex you think he would by the industrial washers. However, the owner is cheap and rude. Office staff and maintenance are very nice and the neighbors are not bad. I lived there about two years ago. Whenever I had a problem, maintenance always came in a timely matter to resolve the issue. The front office staff was always very polite and helpful. The property always stayed clean. The best thing for me was that there were working washer and dryers on site on each floor. When my current lease is up, I will be moving back to Somerset.

I LIVE THERE FOR3 YEARS THEY DONT LIKE TO FIX ANYTHING..... THE LADY OVER IT IS VERY NASTYAND THEY SHOW YOU THESE BEAUTIFUL PICTURES BUT WHEN ITS TIME TO GO LOOK AT THE APT THEY LOOK horrible HORRIBLE

I lived here 3 years .....the people in charge of running this place are using innovative ways to make money off of you on top of rent.they tow your car even though you live there, they won't fix the washing machines, they won't fix anything for that matter, all the pipes are rusted through the water is dirty, roaches everywhere,and no one seems to care. when you complain they catch an attitude and act as if it's not their problem and you have to deal... with it so for your own sake DO NOT MOVE HERE.... not worth the price which they are raising tremendously anyway Read More

THIS IS A NICE GATED COMMUNITY AND SAFE. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS EVERY YEAR THE RENT IS RAISED OVER THE LAST 3 YEARS AND THERE IS NO WHERE FOR THE CHILDREN TO PLAY. OTHER THAN THAT THIS IS A QUIET PLACE
