It's bad

Trash everywhere due to the nasty tenants and the staff not forcing them to stop. As you walk down the sidewalk,Trash is being thrown out the hallway windows. Trash being left by you doors and stairs . You can't even open your window and enjoy your balcony because you smell the garbage. They clean up every morning and by mid day it's back.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LAUNDRY FACILITIES, AND MANAGEMENT

This community is terrible. Spacious apartments however the laundry rooms are in terrible condition. Security has locked my laundry in and i have had to walk from my apartment to the security gate at 8-9 pm to beg them to unlock it.
Management does not follow up on requests for information saying "its in your lease", they are rude and unprofessional.
Daniel in the office is the worst, i was having surgery, provided documentation to the office that i was having financial hardship and he told me...
"this is the leasing office not the compassion office", and shamed me for not being able to pay my rent. I reported him to the property manager, there was another employee working with him who saw the interaction and he also reported him-Daniel is still working there. They don't care.
It is unsafe, dirty, loud, and the customer service is nonexistent. False and incorrect notices constantly. I provided notice i would not be renewing and it was not entered in their system by the building manager causing them to continue to send me notices and even an eviction notice. Thank God i document everything. Management does not follow up on issues in a timely manor or at all. Save yourself the disappointment and live somewhere else. It is not worth it at all.

Unhelpful administation

For the potential mover to come to here, this is just to inform and warn.

The rent is very affordable. And the rooms are large which is great for the price - but cheap for a very good reason.

Your neighbors are messy and when they're throwing out garbage, they leave very wet trails of trash juice along the hallways nightly. Lots of them are kids who can't hold their volume together screaming pouring food everywhere.

Elevators & stairs smell like urine all the time. Garbage is left in there...
too. On the floor we found remains of food left for days.

If you report it, it's never addressed.

No dogs are allowed when you sign the contract which some prefer. Everyone breaks this rule. The office never follows up.

Although we failed to let them know 2 weeks in advance for the walkthrough, we were poorly advised. There were never any reminders from the office. In fact, they've sent us false notices like lease renewals and expired announcements.

We moved out. We paid rent on time. Then we were given a late charge which they claimed mandatory. We found this out a month later. They didn't do anything for the depost refund. They told us we were liable for undocumented damages and absurd charges. I asked for photos, with (again) no follow up. When time came for them to provide proof, there was none - wasting another month of our time.

Never again. Stay away if you can't deal with administration like this. It's like babysitting. We're biting the bullet and walking away pissed.

Like I said the rent is cheap, but at a price. Good luck.

Do not live here

I read the reviews and still applied anyways. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They show this beautiful one bedroom "model" apartment that will look NOTHING like your apartment. They don't show you your apartment until you leave a deposit. Once you see your apartment, you're going to hate it cause it looks nothing like the model. The apartment had carpet stains, bugs all over the kitchen, horrific smell and the smell of weed in the hallways. Then you ask for your deposit back and they refer you to another... company in Miami. Miami refund department will then tell you, it takes 30 days to receive a money order which is a LIE. It's been 3 months and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT. Ridiculous, DO NOT LIVE HERE. YOUR KIDS DESERVE BETTER.
