5 star property and excellent staff!
I'm proud to call the Adeline my home. It is a great apartment community! They plan fun activities and schedule delicious food trucks! The grounds are well maintained. If there is ever an issue with anything, the staff gets right on it. I can't say enough about the staff! Niquan, Karen, Norberto, Angel and the new Community Director, Ms. P! Everyone does an excellent job and they are my extended family. Keep up the great work!

I have lived in manny different apartment buildings in Maitland and the Adeline has been by far the best! The amenities are always clean and working! The pool is quiet and relaxing even on weekends which I love. The residents here are respectful and I have never had a problem with noise levels. Management has been amazing and are always looking to make improvements and keep us happy! Our unit has an incredible 2 bedroom 2 bathroom layout for a very reasonable price. The Adeline does an amazing... job at making me feel at home and I would recommend it to anyone looking in the Maitland/Winter Park area!

Community is clean and updated. Location is excellent within walking distance to various restaurants and grocery stores. Staff is amazing and very responsive. Would highly recommend.
