Excellent price for this neighborhood - just south of work in Suntree/Viera and 10 minutes from the beach. Older building well maintained. Two bedroom has two bathrooms - works great for my roommate and I. Kitchen is ok - could use new cabinets - only one drawer - living room is huge. Balcony is screened with outlet and light - use it as my office sometimes. Canal is below us - we catch/release or birdwatch. Parking lot is mostly empty during the day - a good sign. Mostly dog walkers in the... evening. Easy to get in and out - buddy parks up front with sticker - I keep my truck under the street lamp in the middle and my motorcycle on the back row - never had any trouble. We lived in a two bed on the second story from 2020-2023. The appliances are outdated, and do not function properly. The hvac system does not function properly, and maintenance refuses to fully fix any of the issues. Our electric bill was around $230 a month for a small apartment. Theres water damage, no cabinet space, rude employees who would rather curse you out than do their jobs. Half the time we lived there our apartment wouldn’t go below 79 degrees. The apartments are super old with outdated appliances that are not energy efficient. My electric bill here is around $240 per month, which is outrageous for this tiny apartment. The floors on the 2nd level apartments are very noisy, squeaking and creaking, and feels like you might fall through in some areas. The building appears to have some structural issues, I can see cracks in the ceiling. The kitchen is tiny with basically no cabinet space. The water heater is superrr small, and the shower... barely stays warm long enough to wash your body.. If you have to shave your legs, forget about it. Ice cold shaving for you. The amenities here are in severe disrepair. The tennis court has no net, the lights don't work and needs to be resurfaced. The racquetball court isn't even accessible to residents and is being used as an appliance graveyard for maintenance. The gym is super outdated with no free weights and an old tube-style tv that you can't even change the channel on because the super old batteries exploded inside the remote. The pool is ok, but there is no umbrellas or covered seating, so you have nowhere to hide from the sun and just burn. They got rid of the playground and did not replace it with anything. The clubhouse does nothing by way of promoting a sense of community. No community events, no getting to know your neighbor holiday events.. Apartment has a lot of room and the landscaping is nice. My dog loves bird watching from the patio. I work by Patrick AFB and it's a scenic 15 minute drive - perfect amount of time to decompress from the day. Can't go wrong here. Staff is A+.
