Don't move here unless you're ok with being displaced, having nowhere to live and massive disgusting pest infestations. And they won't help you, they don't care. So lazy and unprofessional. Disastrous hell, living here literally turned my life upside down and they couldn't care less. Reporting them to the DBPR and the News as we speak. I couldn't even cook in my kitchen because the termites were constantly swarming and my kids and I haven't been able to sleep there since May 8th. I moved in on... April 15th and hell broke loose. Cockroaches, I had BEES at one point, termites and now even possibly mice/rats. I never even got to unpack fully. The place is not liveable. You're better off just living in your car at least it will be free and no pests. DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF! I'm literally sick from the stress of this situation.

DISASTER
the company that owns this property is worth 7 billion dollars and is headquartered in Midtown Manhattan. Despite all of these resources, they allowed one of their buildings to fall into such a state of disrepair that ceilings literally collapsed in people's apartments due to sustained and not adequately addressed water damage. The lobby itself is sinking and the floor is separated about 2 inches from the wall already. They were issued a "negligent" status by Miami Beach dept of buildings. 54... families lost their homes in June as a result. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

not attentive to tenant needs
lived in this building for 8 months, and EVERY service request has either been ignored completely, or dealt with with the most minimal attention. The counter in the kitchen broke and it was dealt with by making a board under the sink to hold it up FOUR MONTHS AGO. Company is doing outside cosmetic upgrades, but completely ignores resident needs
