Terrible management

Currently living here and I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone. There have been constant break-ins and management gives zero shits about it. They don’t even bother to pick up the phone half of the time. Security cameras don’t work. Literally everyone in Miami knows the security code to get in because it hasn’t been changed in years. The building is easily accessible because the gates do not work (this is how thieves and thugs get in to rob us). I am baffled by the lack of concern from management... given the rent prices. This is ridiculous.

Horrible management and a 7 year old building falls apart

Such a horrible building. The floors are cleaned about once a week. The gates are constantly breaking down. There were no lights in the garage for two months. The 12-story building had one elevator for 3-4 months because the other one was broken and wouldn't get fixed. Roaches throughout the garage. The office staff never answers the phone. If you end something fixed, it'll take months. The maintenance staff is very nice but not properly supervised by the manager.

TERRIBLE

I would give a 0 but 1 is the only option................... The place is falling apart and the staff are not helpful at all. The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful.... there's dog feces all over the property, flooded garage, dirty hallways, broken elevators... the place is a mess!

The building Gables Sunview of 6355 SW 8 ST. Miami, Fl 33144, is the worst experience of scam income that you can live in Miami. The rental prices are lush, considering that offer no Plus (no pool, no gym, no public areas for children, and parking aparatmentos corresponding to 2 or 3 bedrooms, you assign one and charge you for parking each extra parking. 50 monthly usd (evidently a theft of money, mandatory) because if you live in an apartment in that building, you will not park in the CVS... street Front Without commenting that electrical problems apartments are unsolvable , lights flashean as in a nightclub, the floors are broken, as if you spent a seismic shift from time to time, clean the hallways and elevators is terrible, cockroaches walk in the garbage room or rooms of throwing garbage, parking the basement was two months flooded with water to the point of being unable to walk, and solving the manager of that building was improvising ways with some wood for tenants to transit for more than two months, seeking cartons and with that They improvised story so that people could access their cars to elevators and back, pretending to tenants who took care of the problem. Even today, the cartons, they function floor in the basement parking elevators, and broken tiles crunch under our feet as we walked to the elevators. Shame should give them, collect rents from 1,200 to 1,600 usd, plus extra parking spaces, to offer these precarious Conditions by income, of which obviously only time in this dismal building, shows you. PS: Complaints in the office where the staff in charge of the building works are invisible complaints, because these ladies working there and not know how to give a single answer to solve a problem. All you respond is, they are not to blame, nor have as fix. I hope take account of this short review of problems in that building, because tenants thereof, have not been very condescending in them a demand, caused many damages, such a misleading way.
