Disgusting!!!

This place has gone from gorgeous to garbage. The hallways are extremely filthy. One elevator working and sometimes that’s broken. Entry gate has been broken in the open position for months. anybody can enter on the property. There is no visitor parking and visitors cannot say over an extended time before management say something but yet 20 homeless people can stay in the building staircase and hallways all year RENT FREE and never be asked to leave..So backwards. This is not a home; it’s a... homeless shelter.

Where should I start

I'm going to start by saying this community is by far one of the best I've seen in the area. Very secured & well kept. Management is fair, responsive & attentive. The property manager alisa was very helpful, I must say. I've been living here for a while & it's a hidden gem ! Maintenance is great they take care of things in a timely manner. If your looking for somewhere to stay where it's safe & stick to the rules it's a great place to stay.

Homeless sleeps on property

I didn’t think this place could get any worse but it has. Homeless ppl sleeping on the property in the stairwell. Also on the kids playground with there own blanket.if you have friends over they have to park outside the gate. There is no visitors parking inside the gate. If there car gets hit,and it will because they speed in this area. The leasing office won’t assist in helping you find out who it was by camera. One cleaning person so it stays dirty at all times. Yuck just nasty.
