This place keeps getting worse and worse and the price keeps going up and up!
I have been a resident here for about a year. I regret everyday moving here and can't wait to depart! This place is so gross! the hallways are always dirty with trash because trash are meant to be left out on the hallway and then they pick them up at night. only to find out they just pilled them right in front of your building! that means you walk the hallways with trash bins and bags everywhere but worse than that there is always garbage that falls out the bags and remains in the hallway for... months! After complaints they respond by increasing the trash pick up fees 50%!!! I feel great shame having visitors coming here and seeing how I live in a dump! Worst thing about it is that it is super expensive to live here! I recommend and implore anyone considering moving in here to consider it! There is a lot more things I could complaint about but I really would never stop writing if a continue. You have been warned please act accordingly.

Not the same
Ever since Avalon bought out Luma it has gone downhill. Not the same atmosphere and rent jumped up $1000 which is disrespectful at this point. Think twice before doing it.

I love Luma, it has been a very positive experience, it is well located, with fast ways to go wherever you want. The apartments are comfortable and luxurious, all the people who visit me are fascinated with the place.

LOVE IT HERE!
I moved in about 9 months ago to LUMA at Miramar and it has been an amazing experience! From the moment I toured with the girls in the office, I knew I had found my new home. They are all so bubbly and friendly. Any time I call the office they are always happy to help. My lease is coming up to renew within a few months I am excited to stay for another year and see what new surprises they have in store. The community always has residents events going on and it gives you an opportunity to meet new... people and network. Take it from me, you will not be disappointed if you make Luma your new home.

Mold, moist, DO NOT MOVE HERE
For the past four months, ever since we moved in luma at miramar, I have noticed dampness in the apartment, i carried on with my day to day not thinking much about the dampness, i have never ever had to see or deal with mold or moisture in any apartment i have resided in, after 3 weeks of living in luma i discovered pervasive mold on the surface of cloths, shoes, bags, hats. spoke to office staff and to my surprise i was blamed based on my AC being at 78 degrees, i threw most of my belong away... and was moved to another unit, and to my surprise the same issue.
Worried about my health and daughter’s health, i am moving. Meanwhile, none of the staff members has done anything in regards to there property or unit, but instead have placed the blame on me even though the AC has been on 74 degrees at the new unit.
I ADVICE THAT KNOW ONE SHOULD LIVE HERE, UNTIL THEY RECOGNIZE AND FIX THE MOIST ISSUE, AND TRAIN THERE LEASING OFFICE STAFF MEMBERS TO TREAT THEIR RESIDENTS WITH RESPECT AND COMPASSION.
moving forward i will pay attend to the attitudes of leasing office staffs.
