Our spacious townhome is truly a gem in the desirable New Smyrna Beach! Tucked mere footsteps away from the 17-mile shoreline and... charming Flagler Avenue, the location affords you a peaceful oasis while also giving you prime access to all NSB has to offer!

This dual-level townhome provides ample space to retreat and rejuvenate. No need to cram into an over-crowded condo building as this townhome unit provides an entertaining space completely separate from the living quarters. Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an outdoor sitting deck & kitchen table, half bathroom, and spacious living room with a large TV. Upstairs, you will find two bright queen-sized bedrooms with massive closets and a TV in the master bedroom, natural light, a large sun-deck, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This rental comes fully furnished and equipped with everything shown in photos and more! We've also added 2 comfy rollaway cots to accommodate more guests in our space (up to 6 total). Enjoy your stay with up to 6 people comfortably. Please note: there will be an additional guest fee of $50/per guest per night after 4 guests.
