Kind, polite & super helpful

Estoy buscando la mejor opción para rentar( he estado viendo diversos lugares que se adapten a la necesidad de mi familia) y estoy en proceso de aplicación aquí en Ashley Place y estoy muy contenta con la atención y ayuda que he recibido por parte de la oficina. En este caso de Haydee. Desde el primer día que fui noté su amabilidad y que es eficiente en su trabajo. En los demás sitios que he ido, el trato es diferente y no te dan las informaciones ni ayuda que necesitas según tu necesidad.... Escribo este review porque es una de las cosas que mi esposo revisa antes de ir a un sitio o rentar, para ver la opinión de la gente y la mayoria escribe cuando es para quejarse de algo. Espero sea útil.

Okay Place

The Good: Good Office Staff keeps property clean, Close to Stores(Walmart, Target, Publix, Walgreens, and other fast food), Public Transport close by, Each Unit assigned 1 parking spot .
The Bad: Guest parking almost non-existent 10 spots for the whole building 15 after hours, Sketchy neighborhood, Knee high flooding in the street and in underground parking but only after really heavy storms. Residents usually prevent secured gate from closing sometimes overnight.

Ashley Place apartments (Gator Dixie)

My apartment is without sunlight, therefore I will have my lights on during my waking hours, very little storage space. Parking garage floods during heavy rain, Garbage is always on the ground around the dumpster (need additional dumpsters) No rain gutters, forcing tenants to pay high cost water bill with no proof of water usage per apartment. Complaints fall on death ears. Other than that, the apartments are spacious.

We are glad you enjoyed the spacious units at Ashley Place, they are some of the biggest in the area. We are happy to report that the garbage area has been moved and placed in a more convenient location with a roof. As for...
your other concerns we are taking steps to resolve them. In regards to the water bill, we decided to implement this charge primarily in an efforts to preserve water, which unfortunately meant making the resident directly responsible. Since this initiative, consumption of water has reduced significantly, because every drop counts. Due to the time of construction of our community, we unfortunately cannot individually meter our apartments. That leaves us RUBS or flat rate. Please note that we use Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS) for our water bill, in which the following factors are considered: unit type/size, number occupants within unit, if there is washer/dryer inside unit. In addition, since we truly care about our residents and the environment, we have capped your water, sewer and trash bill according to apartment size. Using the RUBS method and offering a cap, this encourages water conservation and passes on the savings to you. In other words, if the bill is less than the cap you pay less, if it is over the cap you will pay no more than cap. Please note that not all rental communities follow this protocol. As we strive for all prospects and residents to have a 5-star experience, we would like the opportunity to address all of your concerns or resolve any other issues. Thank you for the communication , our present management is always available to listen, and do the best we can to address all of your concerns.
