Amazing staff and chill community!

Got referred from a friend who lives in the complex and since the very 1st call with Tatiana through signing the lease with Gilbert was absolutely great. They were very helpful with all my questions and made the process easy and quick. Maintenance staff too are great with responding to work orders quickly.

Great Apartment Complex

Great place to live. Been here for two years now and couldn’t chose anything better. Amazing staff in the leasing office. Gilbert, Taylor, & Andrea have all been helpful. Highpoint Club is a nice convenient area, especially for a UCF student like myself.

Awesome staff, nice neighborhood feel

Gilbert is exactly what the leasing office and neighborhood needed! He’s quick to address our concerns, warm and welcoming whenever we have questions, and excels at making us feel welcome. Although no place is perfect, the staff makes Highpoint Club feel very close to perfect.
