Si usted valora una vida tranquila vaya para otro lugar, aquí no hay control del bullicio y el desorden, las alarmas de incendio se activan constantemente a todas horas, la basura anda por todos lados en los pasillos y un hedor insoportable de basura de 2 y 3 días en las areas comunes, no hay control del uso de la piscina a altas horas de la noche, vecinos escandalosos, vandalizan los vehículos, no hay seguridad con los paquetes en las puertas se los roban! Por lo que cuestan éstos apartamentos... ud encontrará muchas mejores opciones que vivir en éste lugar.

Loud and unsafe
I been living in this community since 2019, at the beginning was really nice since it was new, this latest years has been awful, packages are being stolen from the front doors, people partying loudly at the pool area late at night, cars windows broken, dirty stairs, trash on floors, dog poop everywhere, equipment at gym doesn't work only 1 treadmill (out of 3) works in the gym, they used to have tissues and detergent at gym to clean equipment not anymore! ...for the amount of rent they're... charging isn't worth the price.

I should have researched more.
I moved from Chicago to Orlando in a hurry two years ago and this place wasn’t too far from my workplace and where I spend my time off so, I thought it was the best bet. The apartment itself was beautiful and beautiful it was within my budget at first. However, my second year on the lease, things fell apart. You pay for spraying for pets but cockroaches still got into the second floor apartment. My rent went up nearly $100 for the same stuff, even when the pool was closed for “maintenance” and... COVID for months. Not only that, I had financial issues due to covid and my grandpa falling ill/family emergency, I had to find a cheaper place. I was never aware this place needed 60 days advance notice to end my lease and not only that, I didn’t know I was moving into a cheaper place until about a week prior because it was emergent. They made me pay one month’s rent EVEN AFTER I TOLD THEM I WAS MOVING DUE TO A FAMILY EMERGENCY - scum, I tell you. This place doesn’t care if your neighbors are banging on drumsets or playing loud music next door. It’s a noisy neighborhood and I lost sleep over it. Finally, I moved out June 13th and it has been over a month and I never received correspondence regarding my security deposit. Don’t rent here. They weren’t even understanding during COVID and people lost their jobs.

Disappointed
Today is Wednesday. on this app’s information, open 10am - close 5:30 pm. But this is NOT true!! I found this apartment on this app (apartment.com) So we live 1h away. We got there at 1:30 pm. They told us they are having a meeting and training and come back anytime after 3 pm. So we had another appointment. After that, we tried call again. It was 4:30 pm. She started asked us all the information and details on the phone like name, phone number, where we live at, when we wanna move in, what... exactly we are looking for... etc.....(so that’s why we could not use GPS) it was pretty long. About 5 min. We TOLD her we will be there about 20 min. And she said okay see you guys later. After she hang up, we set up GPS to get there. We got there 5:10 pm. You know what? The office was CLOSED!!!!!! She didn’t even call us!! She asked us all the our information for what? We drove there TWICE and wasted time and gas for nothing. This apartment was my top list... But unfortunately they don’t care about new customer then... I’m really upset and sad and really disappointed about it.
