I have been trying to get them to fix the roaches in my apartment since December and they keep getting worse. The apartment manager does nothing but have them spray my apartment so i stop complaining but the spray does nothing. She refuses to spray the building and just sprays my apartment so it has done absolutely nothing. The roaches infested my car too and they are everywhere. A real exterminator is needed but they don’t care about their residents at all.

We have been living here for almost 2 years. The management is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance responds very quick whenever we’ve had to call. The apartments are affordable and spacious. There’s so much to do in the area close to the airport in not too far from the theme parks. We love it here.

Poor communication and very unprofessional, they don’t answer the phone and will ignore your calls. They just want your application fees. It was super stressful trying to reach the office when applying. Don’t bother renting here.

I've lived here for about a year now. It's been pretty smooth. Anything I needed, the office would send maintenance within a day. Many times even same day. I'm satisfied with the area and will be extending my contract. It is close to Downtown, the airport & the Florida mall.

They are super informative and always willing to help! Nice model and upcoming neighborhood
