Moved in over a year ago when maintenance was friendly and actually arrived to fix things, the hallways were cleaned weekly and neighbors didn't allow dogs to urinate and defecate in the elevators/hallways/stairwells. Now we have new management that is incompetent, slow to respond, unless they're being rude, endless electronic issues with security locks to front door, key fob issues, broken security gates (which they always seem to blame on "internet issues"), and neighbors that forget they live... in a close community with others. Just counting down the weeks until move out day.

Sur is a beautiful complex! Living here is great! Conveniently located to great shopping & food! The neighborhood is great to walk around & is off the beaten path enough to offer a secluded and comfortable place to live. The staff is all very friendly & responsive. The amenities are fabulous!! Great place to live for sure!
