The property is just okay. It is clearly dated with a coat of white paint slapped on. There are moisture issues and black mold all over. People are loud and inconsiderate, the amenities are falling apart and they do not fix them. The property management company does not respond to issues. It is overpriced for what you are getting.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
1. Roaches/ bugs/ lizards: I am a very clean person, and never in my life had experienced roaches until the first week I moved into this place. We called the exterminator several times, but it was always an ongoing issue. 2. This is an OLD APARTMENT COMPLEX, with small repairs done to make it look better but ONLY IN THE MODEL. So we were BAMBOOZLED when we saw what our apartment looked like. There was mold, scuffed-up footprints, and even sharpie-marked cabinets. The fact that the apartment is... old allowed for critters to get in. 2. Maintenance request: When you call they will do the bare minimum to fix the problem, I had mold growing in my tub, they slapped caulk on it like a 5th grader and called it a day, mold growing on the walls, they painted over it. A piece of the door missing on the outside (when i just moved in) What is the answer? You guessed it paint 3. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK: We handed in our keys a week early, after already being out of the apartment for a month. Expecting a call to inform us about the inspection. We made several attempts to call and no one answered, per usual. After making an in-person visit I was told I was to receive $7 dollars from my security deposit. When I was told why, it was for things that were wrong with the apartment when I moved in. That was very detailed in my move-in check. list. LOL, still have not received the $7.
Pros; The Front desk is very nice, and professional.
However, I am very happy that I moved.
