I wish I could give it more stars! I've been here almost 2 years and really appreciate the friendly and dedicated staff and how well maintained the property seems to be. They have a lot of different and fun events, a really great gym, new dog park, and even a mini market to buy snacks and drinks whenever. They also have a lot of regular food trucks that come every week. It's really close to my work and super close to Ivanhoe district so I can just grab a lime bike and go! I"ve been living here for about 2.5 years and I've had the best apartment experience that I've had over the 5 years living in Orlando. The building is very well maintained and the maintenance staff is very responsive and efficient. The office manager and staff are very kind and truly care about making this complex feel like home. I appreciate the open communication and the fun events that happen regularly.
