The positive reviews are inaccurate and probably written by the office staff. The parking situation here is an absolute joke! There is literally no parking for visitors whatsoever! My babysitter circled the parking lot for over 20 minutes hoping one of the very few visitors spots would open up, no such luck! I told her just to park in the way back of the complex because it was going to be impossible to find a visitors spot. Unfortunately, her car was towed last night! When I spoke to the office,... their suggestion was to “park down the street at Publix.” Are you F’ Kidding me?! Park a mile away and hope that your car doesn’t get broken into or towed. People are barely getting by and these people are making money off towing your car because they don’t provide adequate parking. I do not recommend this property unless you never want to have family or friends over. This is just another headache from an over priced and over rated apartment complex.

LOVE IT HERE!!!
I moved into my apartment about 2 months ago and i can honestly say i love it here! I moved from Miami so it's been a pretty big change for me. My boyfriend & I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever besides the overflow of parking but this is actually something they are currently resolving so we are excited to see what happens now. Kimberly was the one who initially showed us the apartment and helped us through the application process and she was great!! Anna on the other hand was the one... who moved us in, did the walk around in the apartment and she's also been the one to deal with my 1 million questions lol. She's honestly so amazing and extremely helpful! Coming from a city where everyone is so fast paced, rude and lacking in customer service, moving here with a great office staff is a breath of fresh air. Every time i call the office whoever picks up the phone sounds "ready to help!" which is great! I definitely recommend The Oasis at Moss Park for anyone looking to move in the Lake Nona area :)

I am the first tenant in my apartment, have lived here for a year, and I will not be renewing my lease. Here's why: 1.) Parking is miserable, if you work late nights (like I do) you won't get a parking spot anywhere close to your apartment 2.) It's not very well lit out at night 3.) They do yard work outside apartments at 7am 4.) I can hear EVERYTHING from my upstairs neighbors : Fights/yelling, walking around in heels, music (I could sing along if I wanted to), and they always wake my husband... and I up around 5:45am. Noise complaints have yet to solve this issue. 5.)The apartments are very dim/dark once furniture is moved in. 6.) You can hear everything that goes on in the hallways outside of your apartment Pros: 1.)Can pay rent online 2.)Close to 417 3.)Pet friendly (even has a puppy park that no one takes their dogs to)
For the money you're spending, it's best to just rent out a house instead. I got pulled in by everything being shiny and brand new, but the past year living here has been pretty miserable. The little things add up and slowly will get on your nerves.

Cons - The parking is AWFUL. If you are not there by 9pm sometimes 8:30 you can forget about having a spot anywhere close to your apartment. The apartments are dark...hardly any natural light. The air quality is poor and it often smells bad especially now this time of year. They left dead love bugs all over the sidewalks and in front of the apartments. The air conditioning does not flow well in the apartments. Will get coolest in the living room while the bedrooms are still very stuffy and warm... . Pros - It is quiet. I can hear foot steps from other apartments but that is to be expected. I can not hear anyone talking or being loud. It is close to 417 for convenience.
