I want to shout out Debbie! She helped me moved into my beautiful 1 bedroom apartment. She really answered all my questions and was attentive to the things I was looking for in a 1 bedroom! Definitely recommend Tritoncay! Everything around Triton is accessible so many foods and theme parks within reach! The pool courtyard is everything! They really appreciate the tenants here! its ok...
I've been living here since Sept 2023. I can agree with other reviews regarding the build of the apartment complex. They have a great office team that plan monthly activities. On the other hand it doesn't compensate for the poor quality of the building. Since last year I've experience part of my ceiling being flooded, water leaking from the shower, horrible smell of the water coming from the bathroom, and also having water leaking in from my porch. The apartment that I currently lease has... uneven walls that make it very difficult to mount tv-mounts, wall decorations, or even hang curtains. For the price that I'm currently leasing my unit I frankly think I could be spending my money better somewhere else. This is a complete and honest review. Oh yea, and let me not forget to mention that regardless of your unit size of apt they charge you an additional $100 just to park an additional car. Implying that you are only allowed one car per unit regardless of having a 2BED unit. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Bad experience
Save your money.! This place was made very poorly. Look great from the outside.! But…. BIG FOOT will live above you. Dogs will bark all day and night. Sleep is hard to come by. And parking is a joke.! Save your money look else wear. You will sleep better.!
