Carl I’ve lived here around the pandemic back in 2021 I got approved with no problems stayed there for 2 years no issue really great staff things definitely seems better as far as over flowing trash clean apartment and real nice quite area so i moved back today hope all is well ????????

Maintenance is getting much better at taking care of issues. They are quicker and do a better job than in the past. Parking has improved a good deal as we do not have to park too far from our building as often as in the past. The trash area isn't as overflowing as it used to be. But the general state of the grounds leaves much to be desired. The trees and shrubs are in need of a good deal of TLC. There is barely any grass throughout the grounds. The buildings, sidewalks, and steps are in need a... good pressure washing. There are still some issues with debris around the grounds and parking lot.

El mantenimiento de los edificios y jardines deberia estar mejor. No obstante tuve mi mudanza en fin de semana sin ningun problema ni situación. El personal de la oficina le doy100% me orientaron en todo. Los recomemdaría sin problems.
