This community is roach infested, dirty and the management team does nothing to fix. I just moved out because i could not take living here anymore, They are taking my deposit with bogus claims, when I need verification they are avoiding the topic. Its up to you if you want to live in a pot smoking neighbors, trash every where, maintenance enter your apartment when they feel like it. So be warned

CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE OUT
I have lived here for a couple years and it has gone downhill majorly in that time. The front office staff is disorganized and NEVER answers the phone. They charged me for their own insurance despite mine being on record for the entirety of my stay. They threatened to kick me out for an unauthorized pet, despite that the pet was on record when I moved in. Doesn't matter how clean you keep your place, roaches will infest the place. Pest control will come by and lazily spray the baseboards once a... week if you request but it does nothing. There are wasps living in my stairwell that I made known to maintenance and was basically told that they couldn't do anything about it. Cable and Valet Trash are not optional and you must pay for them whether or not you use them. The front gate has been broken for the majority of my stay.
I am constantly finding new reasons to NOT renew my lease with Windrift Apartments and I can't wait to move out.

Windrift and Bridge Property Management are the worst
My first poor experience was just a couple weeks after I moved in. There was a flood in the empty apartment upstairs and my entire apartment had an inch of water in it. They came in and put big blowers under our carpets and fixed a wall in the bathroom but never repaired any of the water damage. There is still water spots on the ceiling and wall years later. They carpet was never fixed or even put back down.
About three months ago we had another flood. We called the emergency number twice and... left voice mails but there was no response from them. This was a Friday night. The office was closed over the weekends so it wasn't until Monday morning I was able to flag a maintenance worker down and they came over to look at it. There was a leak with the AC (that actually leaked so much there is a hole in the wall now) that was leaving water all over the floor. They didn't clean up the water, or patch the hole.
About a month later the garbage disposal and dishwasher stopped working at the same time. We put in another ticket and it was closed right away. The issue still hasn't been resolved to date.
In August I went to the leasing office and said I wanted to put in notice that I planned to move out. I was told it's all done via email and just wait for that to come 60 days from my move out date. That day came and I went to the office to let them know I didn't get an email and I wanted to go ahead and put in notice. I was again told there is nothing I can do in the office. I went back and spoke to a second person the next week and was told the same thing. Move forward to this week, which is just about a month from when I am supposed to move out. I went back to the office one more time. I was told that there was nothing on file and I didn't give 60 day notice. I have to give 60 days notice, which would put me almost a month extra in the apartment.
I already have somewhere to move to by the end of the month, but now Windrift and Bridge Property Management are telling me that I can't move out and have to continue to pay rent even though I have done everything in my power to give notice. On top of that I have tried to go to the office twice in the last three business days and it was closed with signs saying they would be back. I have also called multiple times and it says the office is currently closed. I have tried to leave voicemails but get no response.
Avoid this place, it is by far the worse place I have ever lived.
