The roof leaks. The insulation in attic is full of mold. The ceilings leak everytime it rains. The bathroom walls are made of particle board and all the baseboards have fallen off due to how many time this apartment has flooded from all the leaks in the ceilings. The walls are swollen and soft from moisture. The AC unit is full of mold. And they don't like when you ask for repairs. There's fleas, roaches, wasps and all sorts of pests in the apartments because they're not sealed anywhere. The... front door has gaps. The floors have holes. The ceiling has holes. No pipes are covered. No central AC so only one room gets cold unless you buy your own AC units for the other rooms. Their idea of fixing a hole is filling it with caulk. This place is old and has way too many issues. I have been in this unit for six months and have had to deal with mold, leaky pipes, no AC in living room and main bedroom, and now it's raining in my bedroom. There is water coming out of the ceiling fan and water dripping down all the walls. The maintenance guy doesn't really know what he is doing.

I happen to like my apartment. No, the community is not new; no, there are not any amenities as such; but if looking for a clean, comfortable apartment than this place is worth checking out. Don't make your decision based solely on reviews. CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF. I have found the place to be quiet-no more trouble than most places. Management does a good job of maintaining this community and they really seem to care about it. I have already recommended this property to friends and co... workers.
The office takes care of any issues you might have, and regarding crime-there really isn't any. They have the Police drive through on a regular basis, and I have found it quieter here than many other Palm Bay apartment complexes. I like that it is a small community, is quiet and pleasant. There's a nearby shopping plaza with grocery stores, restaurants, a home depot, and other regular stops within a very easy walking distance. And despite how close it is to a main road, it's still a very quiet, subtle place to live! The living spaces are very spacious and offer a comfortable, home feeling. One of the only concerns I have for it is that I'd like it to have been closer to my job!

My Apartment complex is not the best, we don't have any amenities they are rather small and at night you can hear a thousand frogs. The rent is decent and it is conveniently located to my school and job. I see cops here at least once a week, from a man shooting his wife to someone selling crack. I don't plan on renewing my lease I do not care how close it is to my school.
