They say they will fix it but they replaced it with a filthy broken one that they didn't even put all the way in the hole. First time I opened it screws fell out. Then there was this stench and I saw old dishwashing liquid poured and crusted down the panel. It has been two months.
I have had multiple issues since moving in here. When I leave, I will have much .ore to say

My Courtyard Apartments at Cordova Saved My Life !!!
I was the victim of multiple beatings and violent crimes when I first moved to Pensacola, FL from the suburbs of Chicago. I did not know there was a so-called Good-Side and Really Bad side of Pensacola. I rented and moved into a house in what proved to be the BAD side. It took a few years before my doctors would allow me to move to a different place because my heart and body was very fragile. I was never "Fragile" in my Life and then at 62 to be the victim of such horrific repeat crimes and no... protection from police, I almost died. My medical bills are so high and many months I did not or do not have enough money to make it through the month, not even to buy food. This apartment complex came recommended by The Florida Council on Aging and I applied and got a small apartment but in my price range. It could not be nicer and the management is so professional and yet friendly enough to check on all of us to make sure we are OK! Now that's something you don't hear of Ever in this day and age! I laugh when people ask me where I moved to and I tell them The Courtyard Apartment at Cordova, and that it is close to my social circle. Then I have to tell then my Social Circle is comprised of all my doctors at Sacred Heart Hospital which is only two blocks away. After losing my house and everything in it in a Nor’easter (Boston Area) and then moving to Chicago suburbs to take care of my aging mother, I was once again happy that I was able to get a job there paying enough to keep her in her home until she passed away at 94 years old. But I while there I fell during one of our famous Chicago Blizzards and broke my back two years before she passed away, and still I managed to make sure to take care of her, but once she passed away and my surgeons told me they had done all they could but I would have to move to warmer weather or I would get Arthritis and they could only give me painkillers for that and I will not take them or any medication if I can possibly avoid it and so far I have. I will not be a victim here in Pensacola, I am a Survivor and while I can I will make sure I do all I can to make sure the Legislators protect the elderly and disabled. I am able to do that out of my home, I am so happy I can call my little apartment a home and that is what the environment is like here at The Courtyard Apartments at Cordova. View Less
