Just recently moved in from a different state but Brannan has been absolutely fantastic! The pools are clean and the landscaping is absolutely amazing

The community appears very nice and our neighbor welcomed us. But there seems like it takes a while to get tickets took care of and had a more tickets to put in when I moved than I should have.

Move-in has been an easy process here. Apartment was really clean upon arrival, there a slight issue but maintenance took care of it right away.

I love the community, but the pools are so dirty all the time! I’ve talked to many other neighbors who have the same opinion.
The gates are left wide open far too often, and the complex does not keep spare parts for anything that could possibly go wrong with them. Therefore, it doesn’t seem to provide much safety when it comes down to that.
