I have lived here for over 3 years and plan on staying until I can buy a house. The apartments are nice, a bit older but they are kept up well. I have plenty of room for me and my boyfriend, the office girls are very nice and the maintenance guys work hard.

Nice apartments, that's about it
I did not renew my lease with this apartment complex for numerous reasons. While the apartments are nice this is not a place you want to stay long-term unless they plan on changing a lot of things. Management is nice as well but need to do a much better job of keeping things up on the property and making sure that maintenance is taking care of the grounds as well as all of the buildings. The grounds are kept much better in the front then towards the back. No one cleans up after their dogs so... good luck with walking in the grass. The landings to each floor are never cleaned, the elliptical machine in the gym has not worked in a year despite multiple complaints. When you call to leave a message about anything you never get a call back and have to follow up with more calls or emails. There's mention of a playground but there is nothing there and what used to be there was not what anyone would call a playground. I lived upstairs from a family that sound like they had 10 people living in the apartment and a herd of Buffaloes. All hours of the day and night constant noise stomping, banging. Building 900 needs to be revamped. People leave their garbage outside of their doors for weeks if you don't complain about it it'll just be left, because no one comes around to make sure that the buildings are kept. Good luck moving in maybe by chance the building you move into will be better, or things will have changed for the better....

The worst place to live
Needs rebuilt! Too many issues year to year, they changed the outdoor color, but the inside apartments are in need of repair with pipes. Once damage occurs, they do not make any effort to fix the floors or walls. Mildew in walls, workout area! Needs major plumbing updated! Windows leak, need new windows, no screens. Needs a playground for children. Tired of uncaring mgmt!

QUIET, SAFE BUT IN NEED OF UPDATING
I just moved into my apartment. I was sick and tired of room mate situations. I finally have my own place. A 1/1 apt. Clean, quiet, nice pool, workout area , and on the third floor. But it was built in 1988 and apt is in serious need of upgrading. Stove is old. Works but so worn I can't read the print on the dials. Bathroom tub is old but OK. Just o.k. rent is reasonable for area and what I can afford.
