I’ve lived here since April 2024. The community is quiet and dog friendly. Unfortunately, the grounds are poorly managed:
1. Sidewalks often become impassable due to flooding. Standing water remains for several days after rainfall, failing to drain properly.
2. The dog park is perpetually wet and soggy, with pools of standing water. It’s also teeming with biting insects and poisonous Cane toads.
3. Flooding in front of my unit persists long after it rains, leading to mud and water spilling... onto my patio and damaging personal items.
4. The prevalent standing water promotes the breeding of invasive Cane toads, which pose a serious threat to dogs due to their toxicity. Addressing the drainage issues could help control their spread.
I reported these concerns to management on July 11, but I have seen no action for over a month. Instead, the community manager suggested that I could terminate my lease early for a fee exceeding $6,000.
I am hopeful for a resolution and will update my review accordingly. Currently, I cannot recommend this property and do not intend to renew my lease.
