This bright, peaceful space provides a fully furnished two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a spacious lanai offering a beautiful, up close view of the Deep Creek Golf course. Sip your coffee on the lanai with a front row seat to watch the golfers tee... off. In the evening, the course is quiet and the sunset view is beautiful so you’ll enjoy spending hours relaxing on the lanai. This is a haven for all including those who wish to soak up the sun in the winter months or those who just wish to have extra close proximity to one of the most popular golf courses in Charlotte County.
This is a long term vacation rental opportunity for those looking to stay for three months or longer. Unfortunately shorter stays are not permitted by the condo association at this time.

The space:
This single story, second floor condo is in a small condo complex named Villa Esta II which is adjacent to Deep Creek Golf Club and only has 12 units which allows for a quite, peaceful setting for you to enjoy.
The kitchen provides all of your necessary amenities including oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher along with all of the dish ware, cutlery and pots and pans you could ever need during your stay.
There is a guest bedroom adjacent to the kitchen and a full bath with shower and tub right beside the bedroom. There is a small laundry closet for your convenience right beside the very spacious main bedroom which also has a full bath ensuite as well as a walk in closet. This bedroom also has access to the screened in lanai at the back of the condo.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed along with a small TV while the main bedroom offers a king size bed with a large TV.
The living room features a vaulted ceiling with plenty of natural light and an open concept dining area alongside.
The living room also features a whole wall glass door which can be opened entirely to connect the living area to the outdoor space of the lanai. The lanai overlooks the screened in pool which you will have full access to enjoy from 8:00 a.m to 8 p.m.
This unit is fully furnished and all bedding is provided for your stay.

Guest access:
Guests have full access to the entire property with the exception of one locked owner’s closet in the guest bedroom. There are guest parking spaces provided adjacent to the handicapped parking spots within the condo parking area.

Extra amenities:
For those who would like to try their hand at the game, there is a set of golf clubs which can be borrowed during your stay. You will also have an all terrain bicycle which can be used at your leisure, however we do ask your utmost respect and care using these items. Any damage to these personal items will result in a fee.
There are multiple beach chairs available as well along with a multitude of beach towels.

This is a residential community and the unit is a long term rental with a three month minimum rental period required. This also allows explains the great discounts on longer stays. The owner is willing to consider semi-annual and annual rentals as well. Off season discount rates apply, please contact owner for inquiries.

******All interested parties are required to fill out a condo association application (no fee required for this), a lease agreement and provide photo copies of license or passports for background checks for each adult ( no fee ). All which must be submitted to the Association for approval 30 days before your arrival.

Area Information
The Deep Creek area is a quiet, secluded community that has all the conveniences within a ten minute drive. Punta Gorda offers many natural attractions, waterside shopping at Harborwalk and Fisherman’s village on Charlotte Harbor. This community is easily reached by I-75 which allows quick access to routes to all of the nearby beaches and adjacent cities. Deep Creek Golf club, which is well within walking distance, offers public access and daily rates for those who consider golf as a main attraction.
Englewood beach, Boca Grande beach and Port Charlotte Beach park are all within 20 miles of the property. Caspersen Beach, Fort Myers Beach, Captiva Beach, and Venice Beach are within 30 miles which allows plentiful options for the sun lovers to explore.
