Only good thing is location. Management and maintenance is terrible. You can’t get in touch with anyone in the office. They hit you with every extra cost on top of rent. Safety is a concern with top golf being built more traffic. The upkeep on the pool isn’t even worth the amenity charge. I have asked for over a year for lighting to be fixed and it continues to not be fixed. My AC also seems to be going out which I’m sure is causing an increase in my electric bill. Lack of concern for residents... needs is not worth the cost.
