I'm writing this review after my first year at Waterview, and I must say it's been wonderful. From the moment I walked in for my tour, the staff was great. Turned out that this apartment was exactly what we needed - a spacious apartment that had a layout that made sense that let in plenty of natural light in.

The property management team has consistently exceeded my expectations. They're always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether it was... helping me get settled during move-in or addressing minor maintenance requests promptly, their professionalism and genuine care for residents truly stands out.

What really makes this place special:
quick response time for maintenance requests, maintained common areas,
convenient location, quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors, and they are pet friendly.

I appreciate how the staff treat everyone like family/friends rather than just tenants. They know residents by name and care about the residents and their experience. If you have a question the staff is extremely quick to respond- they really do go above and beyond.

It was easy signing lease but not so easy with the elevator moving things in. Parking is also not convenient. Two people, two cars, one parking place.

I'm in my fourth year, and I wish I could take this apartment with me when I move. The staff is excellent, the building is clean, and they are quick to address it when things inevitably break.

The management and the maintenance team respond so quickly. The residents are nice. The views are incredible and thr location is great. We have been here for several years now and it is hard to find a reason to leave.

Absolutely love it here! Residents are friendly. The staff is great! I lived a couple of years ago and moved to south Tampa and I missed it here so much I had to move back.
