I like living here. Sometimes the people above me are loud and the parking isn’t great but it’s an awesome community. The people that work here are great and really helpful. I recommend moving here. It’s a really nice apartment.

Community is stunning. Office staff is very nice. Had a few maintenance issues as the first people to live in the unit but keeping the review at 5 stars due to the helpfulness of the staff getting those things fixed.

I live in a community that truly inspires and makes me happy every day. There is an incredibly friendly atmosphere here - neighbors are always ready to help, say hello or just support a conversation.

It is especially nice that there are often joint events: from fairs to small parties, which helps everyone get closer and feel part of something bigger. Safety and order here are also at the highest level, which creates a feeling of confidence and calm.

We absolutely love living at NOVEL. The staff is some of the best and they truly care for their residents, aiming to cater to their needs, as well as hosting many events every month to keep residents engaged and to enjoy where they live. Best place we’ve ever lived hands down.
