Found our oasis!
Every person we've worked with in the leasing office has been so nice and goes out of their way to help us! After comparing so many apartments in the area, Story had the best price per square foot... we don't even know how to fill all this space! It is so quiet and peaceful here especially with the fountains in the pool and lake. The gym has all the equipment we need and is clean. Plus being across the street from ALL our fave restaurants is amazing. So excited to begin the next chapter of our... *story* here :)

Great for Empty Nesters!
Staff is always willing to assist, genuinely friendly. The Story Sanford team is hands on with our community. Initiate weekly events for all.
We are Empty Nesters and enjoy the community. Apartment is brand new, pool is refreshing and well maintained. We have valet trash removal which is great because we are always on the go. Walking trail, duck pond. And conveniently close to the shops.
