I moved in recently and my experience with the leasing office staff, especially Jessica, has been excellent! She kept in touch with me throughout the whole process, and helped my move go much smoother as a result.

The maintenance crew, although I've only needed their services sparingly, has been a breath of fresh air, compared to what I previously experienced.

I made a smart move and am enjoying my new surroundings! Thank you Jessica and staff!!

I moved in 2023 and couldn't be happier. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It across from Dune Lakes Elementary where my child goes to school, which is super convenient. Clean, great amenities and beautiful pool!

Been here since October 2022. Common areas and hallways are filthy and there has been no attempt to correct problem after multiple complaints. Security gates are a joke as all are wide open 24/7. If you're considering this property make sure to check out elevators, hallways and common spaces as all have been neglected. They will show you the clubhouse, pool and model unit as all of those are great. But the garbage and filth and dumpster area is disgusting.

The billing system is horrible. When the property overcharges you they had me forge my roommates signature to get the credit back to the account. They will never tell you if it is corrected or not because they don’t know themselves.

stay far far away I have been her for 2 1/2 year gates has not work.you hear very. trash people come when they want to. but they will get on to you about leaving your trash cans out. in the summer parking is a joke.they have 4 people in the office.But they only have 3 people on maintenance to fix and clean. dog hair in the hallway stain in the hall.do not let this office manage fool you. stay way. to much money for rent.and you are treated like crab
