The unit includes a washer /dryer near the dining and kitchen area. Please be aware the dryer has a filter and water cannister that need to be cleared and drained after every wash. Jefferson Club is a tropical garden condo community with a community pool, assigned parking, winding sidewalks, and lush landscaping that leads up to each residence. It is located very close to Downtown, restaurants, shopping, beaches and only a little further to the SRQ Airport. Each unit has one assigned parking space.
