The apartment was not completely ready for my accepting the apartment .
As of today I am still wanting for repairs to be completed in the apartment.
I would hope they are completed soon.
I had to go get the valet trash container myself from the leasing office.

I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with maintenance response times. Submitted work orders are not being addressed for 7 days. This is true for 5 submitted work orders. The apartment was rented to me with noticeable damage to doors and poor paint job. My shower glass door fell off while I wasn’t even in the bathroom and nobody has contracted me yet to address the issues, day 3. The entry/exit gates have been broken more than they have been in service since I’ve lived here. Future renters... beware.

Regarding the move-in issues, all... paint and door damage reported at that time has been addressed. If you have any further concerns, please reach out to us directly.
