Pets allowed: 2 Animals Allowed. Pets: Two animals are allowed with a Pet Administrative fee and monthly animal rent. Breed Restrictions: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf, Wolf hybrids, any combination mix of the foregoing breeds, and any other breed or type that Landlord deems to have similar characteristics. Acceptable types of pets include dogs, cats, birds, small caged mammals, and fish. Livestock, farm animals, and poisonous, venomous, dangerous, or exotic animals are prohibited.

Pet Administration Fee: If you have a pet, you will be required to pay a $150.00 Pet Administrative Fee for the first pet and $75 per pet for each additional pet upon move-in. This is a one-time fee. In addition to this fee, you will also have monthly pet admin fees per pet depending on your pets paw score.

The security deposit varies based upon credit criteria; however standard security deposit equals one month's rent.
