I enjoyed my apartment at Arbor view and felt very safe, there. I was there for 6 years and only moved out because I am getting married and moving into a house. The staff is friendly and any needed repairs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. It is a great place to live.

I am a current resident living in a 2 BR apartment and wanted to expand to a 3BR. We have been waiting and asking for a 3BR to open up. Just last week, we visited the office to ask if there were any openings. The people working abruptly told us no but we took a paper and left. This week, I asked again if there were any openings in which the response was that they just sold one and didn't have any openings. But just last week they claimed there were none open. After a few exchanged text messages,... one of the workers called promising that she would let us know if anything opened and tried to get us to renew our 2 BR for another 12 months. I explained to her that I was in the office last week wanting to move before my lease was up in October. I guess she didn't care. As I went on apartments.com, we saw another opening for a 3BR here that was going to open in October in which we contacted the management again. They passed the phone to someone else because they knew it was me who called. The person was nice enough to show us the apt that was sold which was updated with new carpet, fenced in porch, vaulted ceilings, and on the 3rd floor but did a drive by of the one opening on Oct which was by a dumpster and on the first floor in a high traffic area. Customer service by office staff is amazing. Quick turn around maintenance request. Maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have lived in multiple apartments in Tallahassee and found that Arbor View to be the best in Tallahassee. Their staff is second to none as they will go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of their renters. Another plus is the beautiful grounds they are located on, Arbor View is an excellent apartment complex and would recommend to anyone looking to rent.
