I love my new space,I feel at home here and I’m very thankful to the maintenance man who helped me on the day I moved in and made sure everything was in good condition and fixed anything that needed it and made sure my bathroom was nice and clean !!

Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in, and I grew up in the swamps of Miami.
The office staff is unprofessional and doesn’t even dress appropriately—wearing tights and hoodies to work in a business setting is a joke.
The management is terrible. I’ve been waiting over three months just to talk to the property manager.
Maintenance does whatever they want in our homes and STILL haven’t fixed half of the requests I’ve made, some of which have been pending for months. My house has been... molding since I moved in 2 years ago.
They don’t give you the courtesy of a week’s notice about a new roommate, but expect you to clean up after your old roommate.
Not once throughout any new roommate I was assigned I had they clean any carpet in that apartment.
I’m waiting for my lease to end and will not be renewing. If anyone can tell me how to break my lease early, I’d be glad to know.
The property is dangerous, and the ownership has changed every year I’ve lived here.

Living at ReNew Tallahassee has been a great experience, especially as an MS student. The community is welcoming and filled with peers, making it easy to connect and build relationships. The location is convenient, with access to essential services and public transport, while the amenities like Gym & swimming pool add to the overall comfort. Management is generally responsive, though there’s room for improvement in maintenance or noise control or security attacks. Overall, it’s a vibrant and... convenient place to live, and I’d recommend it to others.
